Program Description:This program provides the student with an understanding of the fundamental concepts and analytical skills associated with Human Resources. The program emphasizes theory and practical application in human resources planning, interviewing, placement, interpretation of human resource law, equal employment opportunity regulations, compensation/benefits administration, training and development and labor relations.
Entry Level Salary:
$7 –$15 per hour
Local Employment Outlook:
The biggest need for this program is for upgrade training for those already employed in this field. Long range potential is good. The job outlook for new hires is competitive.
